Why can't I be picked up when my vehicle is ready?

We do not currently offer a shuttle pickup service, but we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. For the time being, we ask that customers plan accordingly and arrange for transportation to pick up their vehicle after it has been serviced or repaired.
